Here's how to check on your order at any point after checkout.
How to Track
- Find the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, sent as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
- You can also view live order status any time from your account under Order History.
- Still can't find it? Email hey@kugok.com with your order number and we'll look it up for you.
What Each Status Means
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Order Placed | We've received your order and payment is confirmed. |
| Processing | Your order is being packed and quality-checked at our facility. |
| Shipped | Your order has left our warehouse and is with our courier partner. |
| Out for Delivery | Your package is on its way to you and should arrive today. |
| Delivered | Your order has reached you. Enjoy! |
Need Help?
If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, or it's been stuck in one status for more than 2–3 days, contact us at hey@kugok.com and we'll chase it with the courier.
