Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Once your order is placed, it's processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

Do you ship all over India?

Yes, we currently ship across India through our courier partners. A small number of remote pin codes may take a little longer.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we only ship within India. International shipping is something we're looking at for the future.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also check status any time on our Track Your Order page.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Write to us at hey@kugok.com as soon as possible. We can usually amend or cancel an order before it's packed, but not once it has shipped.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my size?

Check our Size Guide for a full chart and how-to-measure instructions. If you're between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for a slightly relaxed fit.

What's the difference between Regular and Oversized fit?

Regular fit sits close to the body for a clean, everyday silhouette. Oversized fit is intentionally roomier through the chest and body for a relaxed, streetwear-style drape.

What are your T-shirts made of?

100% cotton single jersey fabric — soft, breathable, and built for everyday wear.

Returns, Exchanges & Payments

What is your return policy?

See our full Returns & Exchange Policy. In short: unused, unwashed items with tags attached are eligible within 7 days of delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major cards, UPI, net banking, popular wallets, and Cash on Delivery where available — all shown at checkout.
