Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders are delivered within 5–7 business days across India. Delivery times may vary slightly for remote or non-serviceable areas, in which case we'll let you know.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also track your order any time from our Track Your Order page.

Delays

While we work with reliable courier partners, deliveries can occasionally be delayed due to weather, regional restrictions, courier volume, or address issues beyond our control. We'll keep you updated if this happens.

Undelivered / Returned-to-Origin Shipments

If a package is undeliverable after multiple attempts and is returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or a refund, minus original shipping costs where applicable.

International Shipping

We currently ship only within India.
